Hoffmann Neopac is a globally active Swiss company with more than 100 years of tradition. As a leading provider of packaging, they produce high-quality tubes for pharmaceutical, cosmetics and dental products, as well as decorative metal tins for tobacco, confectionery, food and non-food products.
In 2017 heimoto did the concept, design and development for the corporate site (Hoffmann-Neopac) and the two product sites Neopac (tubes) and Hoffmann (tins).
In addition to the relaunch we developed a comprehensive design language. It is characterized by a homogeneous color scheme, a modern use of typography using thin and light styles within the Roboto font family. Next to that we defined an icon- and illustration style and a concise representation of 3D products. It is characterised by a strong dark shadow, that places the products in a bright setting with a strong spotlight.
The tube configurator gives B2B clients the opportunity to build a customized tube for their proper needs. The configuration is accessible through a unique URL through which the individual selection can always retrieved or edited.
The configurator comprimises 43 tube styles and 167 types of heads and caps˛ which allows a total of almost 200’000 combinations.
