Kevin in the Woods brings modern, functional clothing into everyday life. Based in Zurich, the concept store curates established and emerging brands that combine innovative materials, uncompromising quality, and contemporary design.
The Concept
The website acts as a digital extension of the physical store—a first encounter with the products, brands, music, and ideas that shape the brand. It is designed to spark curiosity, leaving the complete experience to be felt in person.
A constantly looping homepage grid rotates products and lifestyle imagery into a process of open-ended discovery. On the content pages, distinctive typography takes the lead. Its strong visual weight grounds the editorial sections, striking a deliberate balance with the grid’s dynamic movement.
Design & Identity
The visual language is functional, precise, and understated. A clean structure gives products and imagery room to breathe, while animated gradients add fluid, atmospheric depth to the brand’s universe. A bespoke, fully animated icon system—where each icon is constructed from the word it represents—adds a distinct, intuitive personality to the interface.
Sound
Sound is an essential part of the atmosphere; integrated directly with SoundCloud, a seamless audio player continues uninterrupted as visitors explore, turning the website into one continuous digital space.
