The Jungfraubahnen employer branding campaign “Eiger, Mönch & DU” defines a clear emotional starting point: working in one of Switzerland’s most remarkable regions is more than a job — it’s a daily experience. Our task was to carry this feeling into the digital space by redesigning the careers section on jungfrau.ch.
Putting People and Place on the Map
A central narrative thread of the new site is the way people and place come together. Authentic employee video testimonials offer direct, unpolished insights into roles across engineering, gastronomy, logistics and administration. To put these stories into context, the new careers page features a new interactive map that makes the geography of the workplace tangible. Users can explore locations from Jungfraujoch to Interlaken and immediately see which roles, teams or testimonials relate to specific places.
Designing a Guided Candidate Journey
With a refined information architecture, modern UI patterns and a strong emphasis on mobile usability, the new careers section creates a coherent, guidance-driven experience — one that helps candidates understand not just the positions available, but the world they would be stepping into.
